You won't regret this booking!
This was my first experience booking online, so I was a tad nervous. Would the place actually look as it does on this site? No... it didn't. ....... It looked BETTER :) . Tammy is the nicest person and walked me through the booking; making everything super easy. The property itself is crazy clean and instantly comfortable. The views are amazing, the beds (yes, even the hide-a-beds!) are comfortable, it's modern but still warm and was just perfect for the six of us staying there ( 4 adults and two young children). Honestly, I don't have a single complaint other than I wish the place were mine :P . The pool was warm and the hot tub the perfect temperature. The beach held lots of fun critters to see while the tide was out and it was quiet as can be. If you're hesitant at all about this property, don't be. It's perfect.

Swimming and beach-combing. Beautiful views. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped home. Easy check-in and excellent communication with host. This place has it all for enjoying ocean activities, relaxing, and making memories by the sea.

Tammy is one of the beautiful hearts of Airbnb. Her property was so beautiful and perfect for a honeymoon couple with an awestruck view from the hot tub. She is so well prepared for all the mistakes that may happen. We had a very comfortable stay. I appreciate all her efforts to reach us when there's no signal. Overall, a perfect getaway for a couple. ❤️

Amazing location and value! We truly appreciated the peacefulness and setup of this suite. It provided the perfect staycation for my partner and I and was very clean and easy to access with clear communication from the owner.
Amenities were great, hot tub was perfect and the multiple bbq’s on site were easy to use for a relaxing dinner. Would definitely recommend
We loved our stay. The condo was Great. It was very clean and spacious with very comfortable furniture. The ocean view was spectacular. Great location, it's a hidden gem but close enough for drives to Nanaimo, Ladysmith and even Victoria. We hiked at Gold Stream Provincial Park, Niagara Falls was amazing. The hike at Neck Point Park in Nanaimo has beautiful sunsets. Tammy was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to others.

We stayed at the Inn of the Sea and had a great time. We appreciated the comforts of the well maintained condo and grounds, the walks by the ocean in the evening. My son loved the pool and the badminton net. Its close proximity to the highway made it easy to sight see the coast. Beautifully appointed condo - fantastic views
5/5 Stayed Feb 2018 Christina G. This condo is quite large for a one bedroom. The kitchen and living areas are newly appointed and really nice. The owner is very attentive, accommodating and helpful with all inquiries. I especially liked the fact there is a hot tub year around and a pool (although not heated during winter months). The location of Inn of the Seas is perfect. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle but also within 20 minutes of the bigger city of Nanaimo. I would recommend this resort and unit 127. Fantastic February 2024!
We absolutely loved our stay here at your beautiful condo. We have really enjoyed our stay, weather has been great, very little rain, good hiking weather (think we’ve hiked at least 28 different hikes, one each day) We had a few outdoor fires in the firepit by the pool/hot tub, which we also used often. Fantastic ocean views, with visits by some seals and otters, also hummingbirds at the condo deck. Loved the murals in Chemainus, the totem poles in Duncan and beaches in Parksville and Qualicum. It was a fantastic February! Also thank you so much for the bottle of wine, chocolates, snacks, and dog treat for Lacey. That was very thoughtful of you. Thanks again for everything, we will definitely keep your condo’s in mind for the future and pass along our recommendations to all our friends.

Perfectly quiet and relaxing
Was looking for some place really quiet and easy to relax for a couple of days before meeting up with family in Victoria. It was so peaceful here! Pretty much spent all day just sitting on the patio soaking it in. Cooked a couple of nice meals -- kitchen was well set up and had a good variety of cookware. A friend came over from the mainland and slept on the hide-a-bed; he said it was an especially comfortable one, so good to know. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible! Absolute Paradise
We stayed at Tammy's during the May Long weekend in 2017 and it was absolutely fantastic. We were two couples with a toddler each (1.5 years and just over two). The location is beautiful and the photos truly reflect what both the condo and the Inn of the Sea look like. The toddlers had a blast exploring on the beach, collecting sea shells and stomping in puddles. They also overly enjoyed the play ground with the toys that were there. The adults enjoyed playing tennis and some of the other activities around. We spent the majority of our time exploring and walking by the beach and also checked out the nearby communities. It was beautiful sunny weather when we were there and we loved spending the day in the pool and hot tub enjoying the gorgeous view. Even if it would have rained, there would have been lots of fun things for us to do and explore. We got our dinner a couple of times from the fresh seafood market in Nanaimo. Everything that you could possibly need is no more than 20 mins away (shopping included as well as a wave pool in Nanaimo). We enjoyed using the community BBQ and the kitchen in the condo was equipped with all the necessities that we needed. If you stay for a while I suggest investing in a crab trap and getting a licence online. What a fun experience. The condo was clean and worked beautiful for our needs. Our favorite part was enjoying the evening view from the porch. Tammy was friendly, nice and was great at answering our questions before we booked and was always fast to respond. She truly went above and beyond, followed up with us and made our booking experience a breeze! This was the first time we've booked a vacation rental home and it was great! This may just be an annual tradition for us from now on. I highly recommend booking with Tammy. The only less than ideal point of our getaway was that it had to end..”

Fantastic Location and Super Quiet
5/5 Stayed Oct 2017 James G. A little enclave away from the busyness, but 20 minutes from the Nanaimo. The apartment is clean, well set up and has a nice Ocean view from the balcony. First, Tammy (owner) is amazing to deal with. I was pretty obnoxious with my multiple emails but she answered immediately and was very accommodating. If you're nervous about booking, wondering if the rental is as nice as it is presented here, have no fear. The townhouse was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. Beds were awesome and even the hide-a-beds were wonderful. We had bought condiments and provisions but apparently they weren't needed. Salt/Pepper and other things are there and now there is even more as we didn't eat everything we bought (kids like Zoodles and Kraft Dinner? They're there for ya! Soy sauce. Olive oil. Etc. All there for you.) The pool was awesome and warm. Kids loved it there. I'd totally stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks Tammy! Book now. You won't regret it.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The grounds are immaculate; the condo was perfect. The condo is very nicely decorated and comes with everything you would have at home plus an ocean view. Waking up and having a coffee looking at the ocean while hummingbirds were feeding was a highlight. The kids (ages 6, 8 and 12) loved the pool, tennis, badminton, playground, all the bunnies running around. The beach area is rocky which was a big plus for us as we loved walking on them, looking at all the crabs and hunting for the perfect sea shell. My family and I have been visiting this location every summer for 8 years. The Inn of the sea is a great location for families. You have both the beach and the pool, both of which, can provide hours and hours of fun. The condo is lovely; recently renovated, warm and clean and has all you need to make your stay feel like home. Thank You so much for renting us your beautiful place! We stayed here for 9 days, and it was simply perfect! We enjoyed the pool, the beach and the region! We visited Nanaimo and Victoria, we went kayaking in Ladysmith, we also went to Elliot's beach. We also had dinner in Mahle House in Cedar and the food was excellent. We will always remember our stay here - !! All the best!

We loved or stay here. The view is spectacular. The home is very cozy and has everything you need. They playground has everything for kids. Had a nice Family Day weekend here with our boys, one and three years old. Had a nice quiet time - they loved the play area !! Did some beach combing and a trip to Gina's Mexican Restaurant in Nanaimo. Thanks to Tammy for allowing us to be so last minute.

“A Warm Seaside Feel!”

Had a lovely 5 nights. Your condo has a warm seaside feel. Spent a busy weekend with our son in Victoria, then drove here to "relax", LOL. Dropped him off at the ferry Sunday night and spent the rest of the week enjoying new adventures. We beach-combed, saw sea lions, eagles, deer, and bear, visited Comox Air Force Museum, antique stores, Cathedral Grove, Ucluelet.... and more. Packed up and leaving on Departure Bay Ferry to meet up with our son at Horseshoe Bay Terminal, then driving to Whistler for this weekend. Flying back to Ontario Wednesday. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories!
